Additionally, room changes were disruptive, with last-minute requests requiring downgrades at inconvenient times. On a couple of days, basic amenities such as air conditioning faced unexpected issues, adding to the frustration. Guests might also find the food quality inconsistent, with a few reported instances of food poisoning from one of the onsite restaurants—definitely not a risk everyone wants to take.

We just had the best time at this beautiful resort! The entertainment was fantastic, especially the Michael Jackson show and the beach parties, truly unforgettable! Plus, the Pina Grill was amazing, we enjoyed lunch right by the ocean every day. Our lagoon view room was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for enjoying the sunset. We would definitely choose this place again!

Amazing beach and friendly staff
We had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning beachfront location and the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious, especially at the Brazilian restaurant where the variety of meats was impressive. The kids loved the pool and the activities offered on the beach. However, the reservation system for a la carte restaurants could use some improvement as it felt a bit inconvenient.
